Under the Act we are exempt from the application of the National Privacy Principles as to disclosing certain personal information we hold which is subject to our own, or our clients’ existing or anticipated legal dispute proceedings, which may prejudice negotiations, or which would be unlawful to disclose. If we refuse to give access, we will provide reasons for our refusal. We will generally store the minimum personal information about you required to effectively manage our business relationship.

We endeavour to ensure the security of personal information. Our premises are in a building with 24 hour roaming security. Our IT systems are password protected and we ensure our anti-virus software is kept current and up to date. All employees, as a condition of employment are required to treat personal information as confidential.
