Through our Simplicitor Client Management System, we make it easier to get the services

We have the systems to deliver in a most cost-effective and efficient manner.

Simple Fees

No hidden extras

With only two ways to charge fees, our invoices are easy to understand.

1. Fixed price services;
2. Hourly rate charges (dependent on qualifications and seniority of the person)

We do not charge for internal photocopying, faxing or sundry costs. These expenses have been
incorporated into our hourly rate. Third party expenses are additional.

We always provide a quote or estimate and wherever possible, we'll work to a"fixed costs"price.

If any of the work can't be done that way, we then revert to hourly rates.

We'll continually keep you updated and give you options ensuring you get value for money.

Our Costs Agreement sets out the basis of our relationship with you. 
Our costs are reviewed on 1 July each year.  (You can download a copy of our agreement here).
